Shipping

Shipping is free anywhere in Australia for online orders over $149.

Some products carry a $49.50 Dangerous Goods Levy for delivery by sea or air, as advised in the product description. We’ll be in contact if this applies to your order.

Your workplace first aid and safety products will be despatched within 48 hours when you place your order between 8am and 12pm Monday to Friday, product availability pending.

Average delivery time is 4 business days, allowing for up to 10 business days. If you have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact our office urgently.

Please note that during COVID-19 lockdowns, our shipping partners' transit times may extend beyond 10 business days.

If a product is out of stock with our supplier and delivery time is beyond our control, you will be notified by email or phone and asked if you would like us to either backorder your products, or cancel the order.

As a signature is required on delivery, your shipping address should always be attended during business hours.

Customer pick up

Avoid shipping costs and collect your order directly from us at 5 Cato Street, Hawthorn East, Victoria if you’re in the area. Simply select Pick Up at check out.

We’ll be in touch when your order is ready for contactless pick up from our Loading Dock between 8.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Product returns

Please check your goods as soon as possible when you receive them.

If there are any discrepancies contact Brenniston Customer Care on 1300 730 079 within 7 (seven) days of receiving your goods, to be issued a Return Authorisation Number. The returned goods must be unused and in the same condition they were sent.

If the goods are faulty or the product fails to work or do what was described, you’re entitled to a remedy. Depending on the nature of the problem, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

If the goods don’t match your order, we will send you the replacement goods and include a pre-paid Express Post satchel for you to return the incorrect goods back to us.

Due to COVID-19 health concerns, we cannot accept exchange or return (for refund) on any product due to change of mind. This includes circumstances where the product is no longer required or has been sourced at a lower price. Please see our COVID-19 Update page for further details.
